CONDITIONS NEEDED TO MAKE A REPORT

The first condition is that before u post a report u must read the |General Rules|
Conditions:

In the Reports section only the implicated sides have the right to post & the moderators/admins/GMs;
A report is made against another player who broke the rulles. Do not post any dissatisfaction in the "Reports" section. For that u have the |Suggestions| section;
All the reports have a maximum of 3 participants : Prosecutor, Defendant, Moderator/GM(Game Master) or Admin.
All replies not involved will be penalized as follows:

- first offense : warn 10%
- second offense : warn 10% + 1 day ban
- third offense : warn 10% + 3 days ban
- forth offense : warn 10% + 5 days ban
- fifth offense : permanent ban on forum

Any complaint must be supported with pictures. Otherwise will be considered unfounded. A complaint incorrectly formulated or with insufficient evidence will be considered unfounded.

Complaints containing pictures that were edited will lead to blocking your account !

All unfounded complaints are penalized as follows:

- first offense : warn 10%
- second offense : warn 10% + 1 day ban
- third offense : warn 10% + 2 daysban
- forth offense : warn 10% + 3 daysban
- fifth offense : warn 10% + 4 days ban
- sixth offense : warn 10% + 5 daysban
- seventh offense : permanent ban on forum

Those who want to show their dissatisfaction with the taken ban have at their disposal the |Judge/Ban| section to contest it.

Will be taken into consideration only the pictures made by the two involved (presecutor and defendant).

Any complaint must be made within 24 hours of the time when the incident occurred, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Will not be taken into consideration complaints made on behalf of others (Guild colleagues, friends, guest, etc.).

Photos used to support the complaint, will be posted only through links (not by loadin the picture inside the topic) and must contain the name of theserver RespecTMu.

All complaints against the admins will be sent on Taurus's pm! If you make posts with them they will get u warn/delete post! And will not be taken into consideration because it is considered the starting of a scandal!

If you withdraw a complaint u will only be sanctioned with a warn.

It is your obligation to track your complaint continuously and not of the moderators to announce you when they interfere.
